Coal Mine Roof Support Pressure-Boosting Equipment is a critical component of underground roadway support systems. By applying intelligent pressure-boosting technology, it enables dynamic adjustment of support resistance, significantly enhancing roof stability.
The system integrates pressure sensors and data transmission modules to continuously monitor support resistance in real time. When pressure drops below a preset threshold, the unit automatically activates pressurization, ensuring that support strength remains within a safe operating range. Compared with conventional equipment, it improves support efficiency by more than 40%.
This equipment is mainly used in three key underground scenarios:

Its application covers critical areas such as upper and lower gate roads of fully mechanized mining faces, full-section support of development roadways, and maintenance of gob-side entry retaining roadways. The equipment features an explosion-proof design compliant with the Ex d I Mb protection rating for underground coal mines. With a single-unit weight of ≤30 kg, it supports fast, single-operator installation.
