The is Variable-Frequency Mobile Dual-Abrasive Waterjet Cutting Machine is driven by a Siemens variable-frequency motor and powered by a German high-pressure intensifier pump. Equipped with an advanced PLC intelligent control system, the machine integrates cutting, rust removal, and cleaning functions, switchable via frequency control. It is ideal for oil platforms, oil & gas pipelines, chemical plants, and other hazardous, flammable, or explosive environments requiring spark-free and cold-cutting operations.
Its dual-abrasive-tank design enables non-stop sand refilling and automatic tank switching, ensuring 24-hour uninterrupted operation. Compact, lightweight, and easy to move, the machine features multiple safety protections such as low-water shutdown, over-temperature alarm, solenoid-valve pressure regulation, under-pressure/over-pressure protection, and remote emergency stop.
Technical specs include 25–30 MPa cutting pressure, 80–120 mm/min cutting speed, up to 120 mm cutting depth, and interchangeable nozzles (0.8–1.0 mm for cutting; 2.0–5.0 mm for flushing & cleaning), suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
