Product Description

The Mine Static-Water Hydraulic Intensifier and Pneumatic Injection Pump are engineered for high-gas, explosion-risk underground coal-mine operations. Both systems operate without electricity—powered by either ≥1.0 MPa static water or underground compressed air—eliminating ignition hazards and ensuring safe, continuous fluid filling.

The hydraulic intensifier boosts pressure up to 20–66 MPa with a 1:20 ratio, while the pneumatic pump provides 24-hour non-stop reliability for longwall, roadway development, and temporary support operations.
